E-Vill sobrang pumangit na yung laro ni e-vill unlike nung nasa barako pa siya..

Sunday Salvacion nung una lang magaling tong si sunday as in uber shooter ngayon puro sablay na

Cyrus Baguio hindi ubra yung 1on1 plays or Iso ni Skyrus sa atin kaya nahuhuli yung laro niya ng depensa.. Sa open court lang talaga effective tong si baguio eh, kaso hindi naman consistent mga rebounders ng BGK kaya nahihirapan mag Fast break..

Mamaril and Menk hindi na yata effective ang pagiging Centers nila sa team natin sana nga makuha ng BGK si Asi or si Al-huseini!!!

tol, agree ako sa lahat.. pwera lang kay Sunday.. hehe.. medyo dapat iconsider yung role nya last season.. sa sobrang undemanned ng Ginebra at sobrang ineffective ni Alvarez and E-Vill.. napipilitan sya mag-4.. tapos sya pa nagbabantay sa scorer na #2... pero kahit may mga offnight sya, ok pa rin naman yung mga clutch trey nya eh.. hehe

In fairness to Menk, every season may injury siya. Kapag umookey na opensa niya bigla siya maiinjure kaya nagiging inconsistent.

Ako pre di ako agree dyan. I think hindi lang nabigyan ng playing time si Rich Alvarez kaya hindi naging effective.

So, tingin ko si Sunday Salvacion talaga ang "Mr. Inconsistent" or shall I say "Consistently Inconsistent"...

Yung ginagawang clutch treys ni "Sunday special" pati ung defense atsaka huzzle ay kaya rin nman gawin ng ibang teammates niya like Willie Wilson and Rich Alvarez. Malaking factor talaga ang pagkawala ng "sharpness" niya (Salvacion) sa three point arc. At base from his statistics, I think bumaba na ang offensive production niya. At this point in time, hindi mo na siya pwedeng i-consider as an Outside Gunner like RenRen Ritualo and Allan Caidic (during his days).

Out of topic:
I suggest ibigay na lang ng BGK Management ang playing slot as well as the playing time sa ibang players to give chance naman for those who really deserves to play like Junthy Valenzuela (now that he's back), JC Intal, Willie Wilson and Cyrus Baguio kesa kay Salvacion. Pansin ko kasi mas may playing time pa si Sunday kesa kay Cyrus gayung puro errors at turnovers din naman ang ginagawa ni Sunday sa loob ng court.

This is my opinion, I hope that the Ginebra Management can look into it.

The reason why Sunday became inconsistent is because he lost his playing time due to JC Intal and Cyrus Baguio. Kinuha nila ung slot niya as Shooting Forward. Si Tubid minsan SF din.

:D nope.. not a Sunday Salvacion fan.. BGK fan in general.. hehe.. huli akong naging fan ng individual player Vince Hizon pa.. LOL

just my opinion din.. while, Alvarez and Wilson actually hustles even better than Sunday.. they can't hit those treys.. even with the playing time..

early in the season kasi Alvarez was given playing time.. and most of his shots were threes.. baba ng percentage nya.. gone are the days siguro nung mga threes nya back in the UAAP..

Hi bro, Ok I got your point. Sori if I offended you on my words. Pasensya na rin Mod, heheh.. We all just only want what's the best for our beloved Baranggay Ginebra Team. And as for my part, I'm also hoping that the BGK Management would see our "kuro-kuro" here..

Well dapat siguro mahabang playing time kelangan ni Rich to bring back his "UAAP" Grooves kaso wala na sya sa Team natin. Goodluck na lang to his new home.. As in the case of Wilson, I saw him making perimeter and medium range shots (though wala akong video pero I believe you saw it too) the last time when they played against TNT game 5 of Quarterfinals this last confy during crucial periods pa yun. And so I can probably say that he can make clutch treys as well.

For Sunday Salvacion, I think ibigay na lang ung playing time niya sa ibang players. Kung meron man chance para sa kanya, I believe na nuon pa dapat natapos yun dahil sa mga loose balls, turnovers, loose shots na napakarami compared sa mga "shots made" niya.

Sori sa mga Sunday Salvacion fans, though we all know naman na nakatulong din naman siya sa kampanya ng ating koponan and those were his early days. But now its gone and let us accept it.

Dapat ang Ginebra Management ay mag-invest ng future sa mga bago nilang players like Cyrus Baguio and JC Intal, kung may errors man sila eh natural lang yun at "baguhan" pa lang sila ika nga and there's plenty of chances pa para sa kanila kung ikukumpara naman kay Salvacion na mas matagal sa kanila. Kaso wala naman adjustments na nanggagaling sa part ni Sunday, same move, same shots and guess what, same results: loose shots and turnovers. Panuorin nyo po siya to see what I'm talking about.

Kung bumaba man ang percentage ni Sunday dahil kinain ng playing time ni Cyrus Baguio and JC Intal, well, the big question here is "Consistency" and "Quality Minutes". He can probably help na lang sa defense and huzzle, pero dapat wag na siyang asahan sa opensa ng Coaching staff (diskarte yan nina Jong) at stop na sila sa pag create ng plays para sa kanya (a.k.a. the "Sunday Special"). He is not a "Streak Shooter" anymore like RenRen Ritualo, Allan Caidic and even Jeff Chan of Rain'Or'Shine. Diskarte na lang din ni Sunday yan, pag ayaw pumasok ng bola galing sa labas, eh dapat wag na niya ipilit, i-layup na lang niya (madalas paltos din).

I hope you got my point here at hindi ako galit kay Sunday, ang iniisip ko lang is kung ano ung makakabuti sa team.

Sunday, JJ, Eric, and MC. alam nyo naman siguro yun, kaya siguro merong konting sentimental value or emotional involvemnet(anumang tawag dun) ang coaching staff skanya.

at i think tama ang point ng mod natin dito... kaya ngiging inconsistent si Sunday ay dahil halos wala na syang playing time. sino-sino ba kahati nya? jC, tubid, minsan si wilson.. at pag magnda ang nilalaro nila. maalala pa ba ipasok si sunday? siguro, para pagpahingahin lang ang mga nauna kong nabanggit.. kaya for me,, unfair para kay sunday na tawagin syang inconsistent, dahil sino ba nmn ang makakakuha ng tamang rhythm nyan kung after 2 or 3 mins, ilalabas kana din agad..

bro, I'm also a Ginebra fan. Since pa nung Anejo Days! Not much of an individual player's fan but same here, naabutan ko rin era nila Noli Locsin, Bal David, Marlou and Vince Hizon. It's nice to know na meron din gaya ko.

Ok. Siguro po hayaan na lang natin sa Coaching staff ang decision. It's their "call" ika nga. Anyway meron ka rin naman point Sir/Ma'am Zhie, like the Sentimental value thing. But if we look at other perspectives, like the team's future, sometimes we need to gamble on giving chance to other players which can contribute more rather than become a liability of the team.

Diskarte na lang po ni Sunday yun with a limited playing time, "Quality Minutes" na lang po dapat.

That's all, same team po tayo, kahit ano mangyari Ginebra pa rin!
