One thing I find very annoying on the coaching staff of Ginebra is the way they call timeouts. Konting run lang ng kalaban, o maka shoot lang ng 2 - 3 sunod e timeout na agad na para bang nag papanick. Let the team regroup itself first on the court without calling a timeout. Kaya naman sa huli laging ubos ang timeout nila. I remember the time of Jaworski.. very seldom na maubusan ng timeout ang Ginebra. Palaging merong reserve sa huli.
