Oh? Pati si Hodge at Ellis 2013 pa? Kala ko this 2012 sila magpapa-draft kasi eligible na sila. Snowy?

the D-League MVP, sana makuha siya nang BGK, it's either Abueva or Manuel.

for sure, if air21 gets slaughter, he would be traded to the other team within nxt conferences. or kung hindi, may kukuha ng draft pick ng air21.

thel ikes of banchero and ramos cant join the draft because they are playing for abl instead of dleague...

hindi magbibigay o magtitrade ng pick ang air21, dahil nag iipon sila ng mga picks bilang pagpapalakas ng team nila, kumbaga bumabata na ang line up nila, mga future superstar pa!

I hope Ginebra will pick a Good Rookies this year. Its been a long time since we picked a Superstar.

DEADLINES SET FOR 2012 PBA ROOKIE DRAFT ON AUG. 19


For PBA rookie hopefuls, the big day is August 19 as the league holds the 2012 PBA Rookie Draft at
Robinson’s Midtown Manila.

But first, they’ll have to note some important dates on their calendar.

The Commissioner’s Office has set July 6 as the deadline for Fil-foreign hopefuls to file their
applications and submit all the documentary requirements. Homegrown talents have until August 3 to
turn in their applications.

July 10 is the last day of the issuance of preliminary list of prospective Fil-foreign draftees to
the teams, which will also have the period of July 11 to Aug. 2 to contest the eligibility of any
applicant.

Rookie applicants go through biometrics on Aug. 15, a day before the final list of candidates for
the draft is released.

The league expects another good yield of young talents for the 2012-13 PBA season.

Last year, the PBA harvested a bumper crop in the Draft with former La Salle standout Jvee Casio
emerging as the top pick.

Included in the talent-laden 2011 pool were other first-rounder draftees Paul Lee, Chris Lutz,
Marcio Lassiter, Mark Barroca, Mac Baracael, Jason Ballesteros, Allein Maliksi, Reil Cervantes and
Dylan Ababou.

Casio and Lassiter both went to Powerade and instantly created an impact, helping the Tigers to a
second-place finish behind the Talk n Text Tropang Texters in the Philippine Cup.

Picked in the second round were Magi Sison, John Raymundo, Eric Salamat, Julius Pasculado, Ariel
Mepana, Brian Ilad, Gilbert Bulawan, James Martinez, Kenneth Acibar, Paul Sorongon and John Marc
Agustin.

With a deep draft roster, the league stretched the Draft beyond two rounds.

Mark Cagoco and Filemon Fernandez were drafted in the third round and Gerald Lapus came in the
fourth.

no wonder petron wanted that pick for rabeh sometime ago..air 21 backed off because of high price sana nga umayos na sila..they have a history of drafting good players and they trade them for a price

Pag umurong si Hodge and Ellis and even JF malamang sa hindi si Calvin Abueva mag #1 Overall. Sana me listahan tayo ng mga rookie draftees na posibleng mag-aapply this 2012.

Sasali na ba si Fajardo sa upcoming rookie draft...kasi ngayon malaki ang chance niyang mapunta sa SMC umbrella sa PBA!

Kapag daw di nakuha ng Petron yung #1 overall pick di siya sasali. Correct me if I'm wrong but currently ata hawak ng PBB ang pick ng Air21, at Barako.
