Bulls.com columnist Sam Smith writes that versatile big man Pau Gasol might be exchanging Hollywood for the Windy City, citing Los Angeles Lakers insiders who tell him that "Gasol would like to play for the Bulls."

The 32-year-old Spaniard averaged a career-low 17.4 points, to go with 10.4 rebounds this past season with some questionable playoffs performances, including back-to-back single digit games against the Denver Nuggets in the first round, and some fourth quarter disappearing acts in the Western Conference semifinals versus the Oklahoma City Thunder.

In the same column, Smith also wrote, "You hardly need any sources for is to see [sic] how he and Bryant basically can't stand one another....That was because Bryant and Gasol were constantly at odds. And that came out several times in the playoffs with the two frequently arguing on the court and Bryant again questioning Gasol's heart."

Gasol currently is on the books for two more seasons at more than $19 million dollars per year.

Chicago is entering an off-season of questions, after Derrick Rose tore his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). The doctor who performed the surgery to repair the tear said the former MVP could miss an entire year while recovering from the injury.

ok lang siguro yan kung si taj and deng/ronnie brewer ang kapalit lalo na magiging free agent si matt barnes at looks like la will use their amnesty clause to metta world peace. Deng will be a good addition especially if he can be healthy after the surgery or even brewer that one of the best perimeter defender in chicago along with deng.

If ever, posibleng PF for PF trade toh. No! Ayokong may mawala sa starters ng Bulls! Pwede bang Gasol for Gibson + Watson + draft pick na lang? Hahaha. Obvious na Chicago fan ako! mas ok yan madame because for me mas may value si taj kesa kay boozer no offend kay boozer because kulang sya sa defense na kayang ibigay ni taj and taj can defend both center and pf kailangan lang iimprove yung offense ni taj. Taj was nominated this year best sixth man won by james harden so definitely he can be a pretty good stater. if the lakers can acquire taj and coach mike brown want to continue to develop the low post game and be the best defensive in the league of the lakers and if they can acquire dwight, it will a terrific defense for Dwight and Taj. LA also interesting bringing back former sixth man of year Lamar Odom. So if they can make the agreement in the free agency of Lamar and either taj or lamar can will be a starter and other will be the leader of the bench. The question is sino kasama sa package ni taj? Maybe deng or brewer because both of them are defensive minded wing, athletic at has perimeter shooting na kailangan ng lakers. The lakers also needs a pg that will guide ramon session kulang pa kasi sya sa experience in the playoffs so maybe they need a veteran pg like Andre Miller or Kirk Hinrich.

They are planning bringing back lamar and will re-signing jordan hill kaya they not will interested in boozer. Deng will be best the choice for lakers plus package of maybe hamilton, korver or brewer + future draft pick. Kung kukunin nila si boozer wala rin mas ok pa si Pau. He's a pretty good passer for a 7'0 footer and better rebounder than boozer and has a great footwork and one of the best skilled big man in the league but the lakers need an aggressive big man or an athletic young wing defender and pau is best assets for them to make a trade and lessen their salary cap.

Engggggk! Wrong answer! I'm a die hard Lakers fan and I never heard Kobe blaming Gasol for their losses.. It was the fans who blamed Gasol.. If you knew what happened to Gasol prior to the trade deadline, you would see Kobe defending Pau which means he's on Gasol's side..

korver is a good outside shooter that lakers need especially when kobe is double team. Kita naman yun nung nasa philly sya kapag nadouble si iverson, sa utah when deron double and in chicago when rose double at walang outside shooter ang lakers and for brewer he's a pretty good defender kaya nga according sa stat cube the lineup of cj, brewer, deng,taj and asik was the most defensive lineup. He's a good team defender na gusto ni mike brown and about lamar last week pa yung sa new york na preferred destination nya pero this week lang according sa mga analyst na gusto nya bumalik ng lakers. tinangka ng lakers makuha last season si derick williams or kevin love + wes johnson and future draft pick or even beasley kaso di pumayag ang wolves kasi gusto nila kapalit si andrew bynum pero di pumayag ang lakers because he's the only assets that they can give to orlando to acquire dwight.
