this incident, after coming from a really bad game... GP is a bomb ready to self destruct...

I guess that only shows us that collecting talent is not a surefire way to win a championship. You also need a good leader that will lead those talents that you collected. If I'm not mistaken, Baculi is the one that made the decision to replace Williams, am I right?

I hope Romero realizes that the players are not at fault here. It's Baculi's poor coaching and leadership skills that's the reason for their downfall. Williams was already a great fit for them. Why replace him? And his so-called "plays" are awful. It's like watching street basketball.
